New CHURCH Electoral Roll FOR 2019
Every six years, we are required to prepare a new Church Electoral Roll from scratch, rather than simply revise the existing one.
Please complete an Application Form and give, or send, it to Margaret White, our Electoral Roll Officer, or hand it to one of the Churchwardens by 26th March 2019 at the latest
The Electoral Roll is the membership list of St Mary Magdalene, conferring rights to vote at the Annual Parochial Meeting and to serve on the Parochial Church Council. The size of our Electoral Roll will also determine how many Deanery Synod representatives we are entitled to elect, and it is Deanery Synod reps who vote on the Diocese’s delegates on General Synod
Anyone who wants to be on the Church Electoral Roll will need to complete an Application Form. Even if you are on the current Electoral Roll you will need to re-apply.
The forms are now available in church, or you can download one below.
Electoral Roll Officer: Mrs. Margaret White, Crosse View, 40 Brook Meadow, South Molton. EX36 4BN
